John is an Organization Development Consultant and Trainer with The Village Business Institute. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and a Master of Management degree from the University of Mary, Fargo.
With 13 years experience in providing training programs and workshops he has a passion for providing group facilitation and corporate training in areas such as organizational assessments, change management and leadership development. John is also registered with the State of Minnesota as a Qualified Neutral mediator, is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management Group Crisis Intervention, and is certified in Internal Investigations by the Council on Education in Management.
